I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and reached out to Neriza the owner about Gluten Free options as I am a Celiac. I was interested in trying a tamale but the regular tamales have wheat flour but Neriza said she could make a GF batch as I was reaching out about a month before my trip to Las Vegas. I had been bouncing off the walls for a month that a restaurant was will to make me a special meal! We had our tamale feast on 29SEP2023. This was my 1st time having tamales and wow they are big and filling. I had two pork tamales and had to leave a bit or two on my plate as I was stuffed! Will definitely visit again if we are back in Vegas. Maybe just one tamale next time so I have room for flan.
