Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the area. They offer a seasonal menu with several first and second course options, most of which are suitable for celiacs or can be adapted to suit. I tried the venison, cooked perfectly and with the best flavor I've ever tasted, and the cod, which was spectacular. I didn't try the other dishes, but I know they were also excellent. The dessert, apple custard, rounded out the experience. Very reasonable prices, especially on the wine list, which is short but has some very affordable options.

We've already eaten there twice, and the food is truly excellent. It's a simple menu, but the quality of the produce and its preparation are very good. But there are two things we didn't like about the last visit. We were with two people with gluten into a restaurant that's on the Michelin Guide list. We're surprised they don't have gluten-friendly bread, and we were already informed in advance when we made the reservation. Another issue is the cleanliness of the tables. They don't use a tablecloth, which I'm not criticizing, but seeing the encrusted dirt all over the table... I thought the tablecloth was almost necessary, or a good scrubbing.
