Lovely food!.. shame that four members of staff that came to our table gave us no eye contact or polite conversation. Please or thank you. We asked 3 times about a gluten free menu. Asked for cutlery twice then asked to see the manager. He said my friend shouted at him & refused to speak to her. She actually raised her voice as he wasn't listening to her. He was so rude!. We asked for the service charge to be removed. Little did we know he put it on twice. After we tapped our cards we realised as one of us got a paper receipt. That he did this. We refused to deal with him & went to the cash desk. She refunded £18 pounds in cash. Poor management but lovely food! Shame on the manager!
