Donatos Pizza

Will 100% order from Donato's again when we are in the area! Not only was it delicious, but the service was exceptional. We ordered pizza while vacationing at a nearby hotel and instead of receiving the 1 traditional and 2 Gluten Free pizzas we ordered, we received 2 traditional and 1 Gluten Free pizza. Not thinking, I called our delivery driver, Brian, who had called me prior to delivery as I was meeting him outside, and explained the mess up. HE then called the store and sorted everything out. HE called me back and told me he would be back on his way with the fresh pizza momentarily and he was incredibly apologetic; he even refused compensation for his additional time. When I called Donato's to commend Brian they too apologized for the mix up and told me they would pass my review to him. I told them to need to keep Brian around for as long as possible, although I wish Brian lived closer to us as my husband would hire him for his store in a heartbeat!
