Dong Thap Noodles Tukwila

This was my third time here, and while the food is consistently delicious—the pho broth is rich, and the spring rolls are fresh—the service has only gotten slower with each visit. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, I had to search for a staff member just to get seated. The food arrived quickly, but no one checked on me after that, and I waited around 10 minutes to get my check. As much as I enjoy the food, the slow service is making me reconsider coming back, which is disappointing. Update July 2025 I’m bumping my rating up to 5 stars after my most recent visit. This time, I was seated right away, and the server was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the gluten-free options. The pho was as flavorful as ever, the broth is rich and comforting, and the spring rolls were fresh and delicious (no peanut sauce since it contains gluten, but they were still great). Excellent experience all around, and I’m glad to see the service has improved!

Amazing pho noodle and broth! Opening week so expect some kinks to work out but amazing pho hands down best in or around Seattle! They also have Gluten free options on menu!
