I have a gluten allergy. I have never gotten sick from eating here.
They have a dedicated fryer and a dedicated griddle just for gluten free foods. The burgers on the gluten free buns are amazing. We ate inside the diner and the 50s diner decor is awesome.
Give it a try if you are in the area. They also do breakfast!

I love this place!! I wish I lived closer. The milkshakes are fantastic! They have gluten friendly options. The staff are friendly. Everything comes out delicious. The only drawback is we only get here every few months because of where we live.
