The menu on Google showed multiple items that were no longer available when we arrived. Walked all the way here only to be disappointed. The server was apologetic and friendly however she said a lot of those items haven't been available for the entire time she has worked there. The lack or plant based and gluten free options is awful for a surf club in 2025. Really lazy business practice, not updating your GMB. Vegans be warned - dont even bother with this place EDIT (response to owner's reply): Encouraging guests to "visit your website" is a bit of an irrelevant point in a holiday location, next to a holiday park. How would you encourage me if I've never been there before? Where am I supposed to find this encouragement without actually coming to the establishment? And yes, Google Business Profiles are within your control. I work in digital/online marketing, and I know that the menu google lists attached to your profile is something that you as a business owner have the power to update. You more than likely used to contract an individual or company to set it up on your behalf, or perhaps an old manager did it themselves and haven't updated it yourselves in a long time. But you very much so have the power to update these things. As for "continually reviewing your offerings", it's "offering" - not plural. You have one plant based dish (besides sides like a bowl of chips), and it's nearly $40. I don't personally have a favourite, I just like options. And that's something you didn't have.
