I had the salmon pressed sushi which is one of a few items that can be modified for gluten-free (celiac). The server was very friendly and accommodating to ensure the kitchen staff changed their gloves before preparing my items. I also got GF soy sauce!

Zach was an absolutely top-shelf bartender, I will be coming back again to see him for sure. Love the decor and atmosphere. My only complaint is that there aren't a lot of Gluten Free options - but the drinks are great.
