The best gluten-free service I've ever received. The waitress constantly asked the kitchen if she had any questions; she was also quite knowledgeable on the subject. It's nice to be able to leave the house without the risk of contamination. Gisela is the waitress who served us.

I don't know about the hotel, but the restaurant service was incredible, the waiters were very nice and friendly.
The food was spectacular, the portions quite large. They have gluten-free bread and adaptations. Incredible place, and I highly recommend it. A total success.
