Great spot to catch up with a friend. I ordered the three tacos and traded out the rice and beans for salad. I also ordered the chips and salsa. The carnitas tacos were delicious. I'll be back for those. The chips were freshly made and the salsa is a more pulp forward variety, which was ok, but not what I've come to prefer for salsa. There are gluten free menu options and vegetarian also. I paid about $30 with tip. The staff were friendly and brought food pretty quickly. Decor is flashy with a dios de muertos vibe. The chairs are not very comfortable - the metal variety. But the side it's accessible. We were able to go on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation. It wasn't too loud to chat at a regular volume. You could bring kids here. Also be aware, If you park in the lot outside it can be about $9 for 2 hours. Get street parking if you can.
