Arguably the best gluten free crust I’ve ever had! Doughy and delicious. Had the truffle pizza. Really delicious, though be forewarned — very salty.

Got my order as delivery, but that shouldn’t impact the overall taste of the pizza and tiramisu. I ordered a gluten free funghi pizza and it was the most burnt, gummiest crust I’ve ever had. I ate two slices an hour ago and I can still feel it sit like a brick in my stomach. Also, all the cheese and mushrooms were piled onto one slice so the crust was floppy and toppings falling everywhere. Half the pizza was burnt too, so it was mostly scooping cheese and mushroom off burnt crust. I will risk eating a normal pizza (and igniting the wrath of my intestines) than pay 25$ for what I got. The tiramisu! What a disappointment. I have no clue what this recipe is, but I did not taste any espresso at all. It was overwhelmingly coconutty. The sponge/cake has this weird gummy, chewy texture that only happens when there’s too much starch in the batter. There are plenty of plant based cake/lady finger/sponge recipes out there and idk why they went with this. Wildly overpriced. I’m extremely disappointed as this was the first plant-based pizza place that looked interesting, but I know my night will be spent with an over-starched, upset stomach.
