I was so excited to see Doug’s new location in the Fountain District.
Burgers were great, the person working the cash register was super nice, prices were super reasonable - we’ll definitely be back.
We got 2 classics dry, no cheese, GF bun, a plain burger dry, no cheese, GF and a Doug. They were all excellent.
We have a bunch of food restrictions - gluten (but not celiac), soy, dairy, sorghum, corn so it’s super exciting to find a place that everyone can eat. And burgers are especially exciting as a lot of GF buns contain either sorghum or soy, and Doug’s uses Udi’s which don’t have either (and are really good for being GF). And they didn’t charge extra for GF which is absolutely unheard of (but I would totally understand if that changes because those GF buns are so expensive). And the regular bun on my Doug was really good too.
They’re still working on the interior and there’s no inside seating yet, but even with some work going on, everything was super clean.
