Dove's Luncheonette

Really enjoyed the experience here :) I had the burnt ends hash and it was probably one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I ordered with corn tortillas instead of toast because I can’t have gluten, and the tortillas were incredible. Our server was also very helpful with directing me to menu items that could be accommodated to be gluten free!

Really cute space, steps away from the Damen blue line station. The wait for two at ten am on a Saturday was only ten minutes. Given the space larger groups may be hard to accommodate. The noise level was fairly moderate even when packed, I could easily hold a conversation with the friend I was with. Ordered coffee and the buttermilk pancake stuffed with blood oranges, which was killer. They also have good gluten free and meat free options and ask about allergies. Update, went back for early dinner. Was a bit disappointed in the pickle plate but the pepper hash was pretty great. Not to mention wonderful happy hour drink options.
