February 2021 - great moo shu! Fresh, julienned vegetables with a nice light but tasty sauce. So good. I’ve tried a few others in our vicinity and keep getting regular steamed vegetables and it’s so bland and disappointing. I also had chow fun (wide noodles) with perfectly cooked, bright and fresh broccoli and snow peas. For those of us eating gluten free, I highly recommend Dove M Chinese Bistro. They use tamari instead of wheat-based soy sauce and it opens up the menu to so many more dishes. Other restaurants will cook only white sauce dishes and it gets boring really fast.
