My family and I highly recommend Down South Delights.
We ordered a variety of Hayley's gorgeous macarons and a beautiful cake, perfect for our occasion: A wedding where some of the wedding party are coeliac. We were immediately impressed with Hayley's helpful and prompt responses throughout all our communication. The orange and almond cake, being naturally gluten free, was delightful in appearance, taste and texture and the exquisite macarons disappeared off the platters within minutes! We all agreed the home-made curd fillings in both the cake and macarons was next-level-amazing. Truly special delights!

Hayley made the perfect cake for my daughter's 21st birthday. She followed the brief perfectly and even made the most delicious gluten free mud cake, as requested. Everyone loved it and her magnificent creation made everyone laugh. The cake was ready to go on the day and Hayley communicated with me regularly to ensure the outcome was exactly what we wanted.
