Down the Hatch Seafood Company

Wow! I was surprised at how delicious this was! I have Celiac Disease and had read that they could accomodate so we decided to try it. I must say that I was a bit nervous when I spoke with the server about having Celiac and it was quickly obvious he did not understand the disease at all. BUT ... he took the time to listen and be educated about the disease vs an intolerance vs a choice. Once he understood the differences and the dangers he was able to make intelligent recommendations and made sure the kitchen took every precaution with my food prep! I ordered the Hatch Combo broiled along with a salad and steamed broccoli. . OMG! Every item was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right! The price? Comparable with other seafood restaurants. Will definitely be visiting here again!

We were seated quickly. Adam was great with all of our requests and stopping by often enough to check on us. He also worked with a gluten-allergy our party had. The food was great and we all walked away full. The decorations and designs added to the atmosphere.
