Downshift Brewing Company - Riverside

I was happy we found this place. The staff was knowledgeable (warning me about the possibility of cross contamination by the flour in the air) and extremely accommodating. They made me a Philly cheesesteak without the bun and a side salad with a balsamic vinaigrette (they make their own sauces and the ranch had gluten). I’m not super symptomatic but I had no issues eating here. Will return

The gluten free pizza surprised me the most. It tasted like a regular pizza crust. The Hawaiian was absolutely delicious - however, I like meat on my pizza and they should incorporate chicken or prosciutto. The beer and ale was good also. Thank you for honoring the military!
