I have celiac disease and have to be very careful to not eat gluten (which can be in chocolate ice cream!). They were extremely helpful in determining that there's no gluten in their chocolate ice cream and mixed my shake with different equipment from my son in law's malt (malt=gluten). Not only were they accommodating but the ice cream was good!
