Delicious ramen! Lots of customization options, I love that their gluten free option is actual rice noodles instead of gluten free noodles that some places use (these get clumpy and starchy after sitting in hot broth). The broth was super flavorful, as was the meat. Burners at the table work spectacularly (it will literally boil your ramen). Service was very kind. Bao buns and little dragon wings were a hit, too! Kids ate everything up and so did the adults!

Great affordable ramen with gluten free options. Only downside is the location…on the second floor of a casino all the way up in Central City. This would do so well in Denver!
