I have never been to Dragon Express and I was blown away by the fantastic service and the knowledge of Gluten Free options. I had the beef rice noodle stir fry which was amazing, the homemade chili oil was fantastic with great flavor and not too spicy. The cucumber salad is something I could eat every day with just enough spice and the flavor was incredibly rich. We dined very close to the restaurant’s closing time and the staff shared what they were eating for their meal of the day, it was phenomenal!!! I asked how we could order this in the future and they told us just ask for the cold salad. The flavor was amazing and it was gluten free. They have a few vegetarian dishes and quite an extensive menu. I will definitely be coming back in and ordering to go meals in the future.
