Love this ramen concept of make. Your own custom bowl. This was another great find on our visit to Nevada! We were able to make bowls for all our different tastes and dietary restrictions. Our gluten free son was very happy. I tried the Birria ramen, so good. Our other 2 family members made themselves custom bowls and were very pleased. I recommend this place and will visit again.

Awesome tables and interior lighting. Food is spicy in a good way (because I can’t really handle spicy spicy). Got the birria ramen for cinco de mayo month and pretty satisfied with what I got. Also has gluten free and low carb options for the diabetics out there. Great options.
