What to say? Since I discovered this bakery/pastry shop, I can no longer do without it. Let's start with the quality of the products which are simply extraordinary. Delicious and very generous with fillings. Excellent workmanship and quality of raw materials. I continue with the environment which is small but very welcoming and in any case nothing is missing, so this is also perfect. And last, but certainly not least, the staff. Here, the staff is the classic icing on the cake. Well done everyone, super courteous and very prepared. In short, for poor celiacs like me, finally a place where you can enjoy fresh, quality artisanal products. Thank you Dream Gluten free. Go on like this!!!

Being lactose intolerant I wanted to try your desserts, closer to home and more convenient for me, but unfortunately I was severely disappointed. A good pastry chef knows how to make excellent gluten-free and lactose-free desserts. The ones I got, even spending an exaggeration, are so sweet that you can't finish a cream puff, the full pistachio ones are colored like the cream ones. Too much coloring and too much sugar, the pastries were so good that they ended up in the bin. The Florentine flatbread, dry as if it were from the day before, ended up the same way as the pastries. The only thing that survived was the tart which was passable. I'm sorry, I was hoping to finally find a good pastry shop but it was certainly my first and last time! Sin
