Delicious summer rolls! Lots of GF options to choose from.
They were unsure about celiac disease so I explained it’s a serious gluten allergy. They offered to pan fry the crispy tofu for the summer rolls, rather than deep fry it since that fryer is shared.
Definitely understand allergies and the food was exactly what I wanted. Great spot to visit if you’re celiac in Bingin.
