Absolutely amazing flavors here! I'm in love with the dan dan noodles, fried chicken, and mapo - all can be made gluten free! The boss clearly loves what he does and is rightfully proud of his craft :) Bone-in soup is a work of art. Distinctly Taiwanese flavors are a rare find in SLC. Order ahead a little - it will take the full wait time in my experience.
