Went to Duck & Waffle for a quick lunch and had a great experience. The fast lift ride up 40 floors was a fun start, and the views over London were incredible — we could see the Gherkin, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and even West Ham! Service was quick and attentive. One of our group is gluten-free, and the staff took it very seriously. They clearly explained the options and reassured us about separate preparation and no cross-contamination, which gave real peace of mind. It was quiet during lunch, so food came quickly. The waitress mentioned it gets much busier in the evenings. I had the lobster brioche roll and king prawns — both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. We didn’t stay long, but it was a memorable visit and I’d definitely go again!

Booked a table in advance to celebrate to visit with my friends during our friends hen party. We ordered brunch and food as well as drinks were amazing. Gluten free options are theoretically available (bread, waffles) and taken into account. Unfortunately still had some minor health issues after eating a gluten free waffle. The view from the restaurant is magnificent. I would recommend to book a table online in advance, they charge a deposit of a minimum spend (in our case 20 pound per person). The place was very crowded and it had in my opinion an impact on the ambience of the restaurant. Kind of felt like quantity over quality. All in all we liked it and our bride was very happy we chose your place. (Independently from a little cake you provided :))
