Very busy when we went but extremely quick service considering that! Gluten free friendly, very customizable options, and nice drink options. They don’t offer typical soda but their options are nice (San pelligrino’s limonata was a delight to see) (also there’s a Whole Foods nearby if you want a different drink)

Friendly and welcoming staff. They explain and talk you through everything on their menu. Multiple gluten free options. And the food is affordable and delicious!
