I am speechless. I think it is the first since I have celiac disease that I have felt INCLUDED, the tasting menu (chosen for the whole table) is absolutely adaptable with very small adjustments for those who are gluten intolerant like me. Thanks Stefano! You are my myth!

We just came back home after lunch at Due Colombe. No doubts it deserves the Michelin star. Everything was perfect. We have chosen "I classici" Menu and the chef kindly proposed 2 alternatives to it as my wife needs gluten-free meals. One substitute was risotto with shrimps and sea urchins: absolutely fantastic. Not something you can have every day but we will absolutely come back.
