The staff are incredibly helpful. We got mashed potato’s and the roasted peppers and they were amazing. For gluten free they told me most things on their menu are, but stay away from the garlic aioli as it has gluten. We loved the water in a bottle! Made it easy to drink as much as we like.

I asked a friend who is a fantastic chef at "The Office" in Hampton NH where to take my wife for a birthday dinner. I wanted to do something different. He recommended Gary, and his crew at Dufour. It is now at the top of our list! The meal was exciting and creative, not to mention flawless! My wife has a gluten sensitivity and they gladly catered to that. Service and meal was amazing. We would highly recommend it. A hidden gem for sure!
