Great Burger, Room for Improvement on Attention to Detail I recently visited and ordered the Wagyu Burger. The burger itself was fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and the aioli was spot on. However, there were a few issues with my order that I think are worth mentioning. I requested my burger medium rare, with no cheese, and on a gluten-free bun due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, the burger arrived with cheese on it. I brought this to the owner’s attention, who promptly took it back to the kitchen. Instead of remaking the dish, they returned the burger with the cheese peeled off, there were still specks of cheese left on the burger, which was disappointing. On top of that, the burger was overcooked, leaning more towards well-done than the medium rare I had ordered. While it was still a great burger, these details are important, especially for those with food allergies or specific preferences. I will definitely return because the food is great, and I hope the staff pays closer attention to order details next time. It’s a simple fix that could make a big difference in the overall experience.

Very good burger with good gluten free bun option. Wait staff was friendly, but it's a little confusing as to if you get table service or have to go to the bar. After going to the bar and asking a waiter came over. It's also a bit narrow inside. That said food was awesome and definitely recommend.
