Dunmore House Hotel

Perfect coeliac friendly hotel, everything so good, food and service excellent, staff couldn't do enough for u, great confirmation meal for Kitty, Johnny and their guests

We didn't actually stay but did visit Dunmore House Hotel for lunch yesterday. It was absolutely superb. From the minute we walked in the door the service was exceptional. Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt relaxed and comfortable as Covid vaccine passes were required and taken very seriously which was great to see. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the lounge area just inside the entrance. The lunch menu was extensive and every bite was divine. The portions were huge. Lots of choices and one of our group had their gluten free needs well catered for. The GF home made bread was the best we have ever had anywhere. We had expected Baked Alaska to be on the desert menu as we had seen it online however it wasn't listed on the day. We just mentioned it in passing to Denise and we were shocked when a few minutes later Denise came back to us to say the chef was making Baked Alaska for all of us including a GF one too! We couldn't believe it that they would go to so much trouble. Thank you sincerely to the chef for going above and beyond to look after us. Where would you get exceptional service like this? It was amazing. We all really appreciate the sumptuous food and the outstanding service we received during our visit. The rest rooms were spotless. I would highly recommend Dunmore House . It is a fabulous location to have a wedding too. You know when you visit Dunmore House you will receive a very warm welcome with superb food and outstanding customer service. We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone who made our visit so memorable.
