Gluten free options are terrible,toast was not even eatable ,rest of my meal was fantastic.

Difficult for people with dairy, gluten & soy allergies as much of the standard fare is preprepared packed formulations or frozen.
Contacted corporate head office years ago and they are not interested on if their range can actually safely accommodate other than token items most of which are wholly unsuitable eg the gluten free is full of dairy, etc.
At best you are lucky if they tolerate BYO
