We came today for the first time and we ordered everything! Both the savory and sweet departments were delicious, a variety that even "classic" pastry shops and bakeries would envy, so much so that we couldn't believe it was all gluten-free. It seemed like a good quality/price ratio, and the person who served us was really friendly and kind. Excellent parking next to the place. Really recommended as a reference in Pisa and the surrounding area for those who are celiac and lactose intolerant.

I was able to taste the focaccia pugliese, a slice of pizza and a babà, all exceptional. I ate the babà the day after purchasing it and it was still moist and soft, really good. The pizza and focaccia brought home and warmed up a bit were fragrant and tasty. Thanks for thinking of us Celiacs and thanks to my husband who, returning from a visit, managed to stop and bring me these delights. See you soon!
