E+ROSE Wellness Cafe - Wedgewood-Houston

Cashier was super nice! It's very pretty on the inside. However, there was pretty limited seating. I got a matcha latte and it was very, very gritty. However, they also have gluten-free/vegan treats from my favorite local bakery, Morsel! Most of the coffee drinks were #8+, which is too expensive for me. I found a spot right outside, but my friend had to pay for parking. Probably won't be back.

E+Rose is hands down my go-to spot in Nashville! Every location has such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the food is consistently clean, delicious, and thoughtfully made to suit a variety of dietary needs. I’m completely obsessed with their wraps, especially the Rainbow Wrap. The Katalina used to be my favorite, though I think they changed the recipe a few months ago because it’s not quite as flavorful anymore. Still, the overall quality here is top notch. Whether I'm meeting a friend for coffee or grabbing a quick, nourishing lunch, E+Rose always hits the mark. Their service is great, the food is satisfying, plant-forward, and leaves you feeling good. I probably stop by one of their locations at least once a week! Bonus points for their vegan and gluten-free pastries—honestly, the best I’ve ever had. Even my non-vegan friends rave about how good everything tastes. If you’re into fresh, filling food, or just looking for a great smoothie, açaí bowl, coffee, or prebiotic soda, this is the place (especially the WeHo location!). I’ve been a loyal fan since I moved to Nashville last year. When we first arrived with no furniture or kitchen supplies, we went there for breakfast and lunch every day for two weeks, and we’ve been hooked ever since. Oh, and it’s dog friendly inside too. Love that!

Hands down, E+Rose is one of the best! I highly recommend the establishment for their high quality food and drinks in a chill and modern atmosphere with friendly, professional hospitality. Although it’s vegan, people with almost any diet can find a menu item for their meal because it’s so good. I enjoy their Giddy Up Iced Latte and Pro Bowl. The Super Caesar Salad, Lettuce Wraps, and Rawcos hit the spot! The selection of pastries from Morsel, a local gluten free bakery, remains a great breakfast—or any time of day—treat. For sure, give it a go!
