I'm from Mendoza and came to Córdoba with my family on vacation. My daughter and wife are celiac-friendly, and we always look for places that are gluten-free and free of cross-contamination. So, searching on Google Maps, we found "ESTOY," a celiac-friendly restaurant located at Av. Rafael Nuñez 5520, Córdoba City. Their food is abundant and exquisite, and their entire menu is gluten-free. They have two kitchens, so the preparation is completely safe to eat. They provide a starter of sauce and bread while you wait for the main course, which takes no time at all. Excellent service, and they answer all your questions. If you're celiac and coming to Córdoba, this is the perfect place to eat. Applause from everyone there 👏. 100% recommended.

10 points for everything. We ordered several gluten-free dishes to try, and everything was delicious. The only thing I would add is the option of flavored water, gluten-free sodas, or natural juices. For the kids, the only option was water.

We bought two tenderloins, one without tac and one from common kitchen. The one without tac was literally half the size of the other loin, the potatoes without tac were fried with old oil or reheated, something like that... the bread was chewy... they changed the bread without tac. The worst thing of all is that after eating it I started to feel bad. We were super clients of saltimbanco. Now I AM, a disappointment. Keep in mind that when we celiacs eat out, we are very excited, since it is something that we normally cannot do... if you offer that service, offer it well, please. It was one of my favorite places to eat. Today I do not recommend it.
