To our knowledge, the place has been owned by family and friends for two months, but it is very difficult to feel it.
I am sensitive to milk and gluten and I got a response from the chef that I didn't get anywhere and that means a lot.
The staff is very careful about the service and the comfort of the guests, there is no pressure and over-agility from the hosts as in many places on the island.
The food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable - especially the prepared menus which we could change at our request.
