I am gluten intolerant (celiac disease), and experienced this place looking good. Very complicated to find a suitable dish or salad. The staff is unable to advise you, I was offered a pasta or bulgur salad. I think it would be important for your image to train your staff, and perhaps set up a gluten-free area! so that you can make your choice without risk. Or stop praising your gluten-free products!
