We can’t say enough about the management and our server Brendan, who dealt with my boyfriend’s celiac when a mistake was made on his order. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND with their service and how they dealt with the situation. Thank you Keelan, Brendan and Jettsun for all you did to make our experience amazing. We will absolutely be back and we highly recommend Saskatoon Earl’s as an incredible experience.

I am very disappointed with how my wife and I were treated here today. We have recently found out that my wife is celiac and can have a sever reaction to gluten. We had been served water, and I had ordered a beer while we waited to order some food. I went to refill my wife's water, and saw what we think are flakes of bread crust at the bottom of the pitcher and our glasses. I asked to talk to the manager who was apologetic, but said that these things can happen sometimes. Although the menu identifies food that is gluten sensitive, the staff clearly does not handle food or drinks carefully enough for people with dietary restrictions. We decided to leave, and I was charged for my beer which I left on the table. (this is principlely why I am going out of my way to leave this review)
