Tonight I came to earls Ambleside for a quick and causal dinner and right away I was greeted with impeccable service and kindness from the manager named Sara Laker. Sara instantly came over offering smiles and waters and was so friendly. I asked her for recommendations on the items I was considering and she described each one in deep detail while taking into account my gluten and dairy restrictions. If you are coming to this earls location you have to request Sara! I will be back not just for the fire sushi I had, but to see my new friend Sara.
