Checked their website, and they have a PDF list of allergens. Quite happy with it. They have a gluten free fryer.

Great selection of food. They have a lot of Gluten free options as well as vegan. Server went out of her way to help me out with my dietary issues. I highly recommend the Gold Digger dessert. It is amazing. I also ate the Salmon Zen bowl. I was actually surprised how tasty it was. The salmon was great. Not to expensive either.
