Earnest Ice Cream | North Vancouver

I love how they made many flavours to be diet inclusive. I haven’t seen soooo many options as gluten free ice-cream ever. Took 3 scoops, ended up quite full for the day and pretty satisfied. Thank you for giving me precious memories.

I usually love Earnest but went today and had such an unpleasant experience… I ordered a vegan ice cream with a gluten free cone for my 3 year old because of a dietary restriction. While waiting for our cones, one of the workers came up and handed me the cone and said vegan ice cream in a gluten free cone, before grabbing it I double checked that it was GF and she said yes, my son started eating it and a few mins later another worker came and said that wasn’t our cone… so she threw it in the trash and said she would make another, but as she was making it she literally went over to each employee and was giving attitude and talking about me… I couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream after I was so thrown back with the experience and I’ve lost my trust in Earnest to follow dietary restrictions.
