They don’t answer their phones, which is disappointing and if you do a pick up order they make you give them your card number to order it? I asked why and told her I was on the road and couldn’t give a card number and she said she would get in trouble for doing that? So if you are busy and prefer to pay in person, you will need to pay up front for a take out order- never heard that before. Silly rule. Shows they don’t trust their customers to pick up the food. The lady I spoke to was kind of rude too, put me on hold multiple times. The food is amazing though and I think this makes up for the poor service and the way they treat their customers. If you ask for gluten free pizza, it’s a smaller size and they don’t offer a lot of other options. Seemed like an inconvenience to even ask for gluten free. I called on a Friday afternoon to pick up dinner and the phone kept going to voicemail. You also can’t do an online order.

Solid little spot for a quick yummy lunch. We had the lunch special with a patriarch pizza (gluten free crust) and two salads. We also had a side of meatballs. Everything was pretty good. The toppings were proportionate for the pizza. The gluten free crust came crunchy which was a plus but was also really chewy in texture. If you eat GF then you know that can’t be helped sometimes (it’s the flour). The meatballs were pretty tasty as well. The atmosphere and the service were great! Overall I’d give them a thumbs up. 👍🏽

The fact that yall are “too short” staffed to do a salad is ridiculous. And you the fact that you laughed in my face made it worse. So you’re telling me that the easiest thing to do on the menu you’re not going to do. Thats just bad customer service. What if someone can’t have bread or gluten, you’re making it impossible for them to be able to enjoy their experience.
