Like Fresh Market that is down the street you will pay more for the same items you find in the grocery store.
The main reason to shop there is for items that you can't get anywhere else.
Having a daughter with celiac I got the flourless chocolate cake for her that I can't find anywhere else. It's an expensive purchase about $25 for the cake, but as a special treat it's nice to have it available.
I personally found the bakery to have a lot less selection than Fresh Market.

My favorite grocery store in the world. Their food is all healthy (organic, gluten free, no preservatives etc) ... soon as i stepped into the store the aroma in there was so fresh it was amazing. Friendly employees AND customers. Some items are a bit pricey, but most are comparable to regular grocery stores. I LOVE this store!
