5 stars aren’t enough! ECC has quickly and easily become a favourite restaurant of mine. I finally made it to their location in June and absolutely kicked myself for not going sooner. Staff: incredibly warm, inviting and thorough. Each time someone different has been my server and the quality and professionalism hasn’t wavered. I worked food service and having my expectation exceeded is rare in the city. Food: Amazing! Your palate always be delighted and catered to here! Each time I’ve gone I’ve ordered something different so I can work my way through the menu. The serving sizes are generous!! My fave meal so far is the Bahamian jerk chicken bowl-it’s a lot of food. Atmosphere: unmatched. It’s a little slice of Bahamas in NS! Bright decor, intimate seating, friendly staff and owner. TLDR: 10s across the board! Go as soon as you can and whatever you order is going to be incredible. Make sure to have the Blueberry Lemonade bc it’s the best I ever had! Portions are generous, flavourful and there are a few vegetarian, gluten free AND vegan options!
