East Side Mario's

It was alright, nothing spectacular. I ordered the gluten free bacon scallop carbonara and it tasted pretty nice. It wasn't very filling though and overal a 3.5/5 imo The soups were good, and the salads are also pretty decent. Our waitress was super helpful Overall experience 6.5-7/10

Have driven by this restaurant for 12 years and never tried it. Usually prefer the stand alone ones for Italian food. Surprised at just how good the food is here. Have now eaten at this location twice in the last 2 weeks. They have a very good selection of gluten free dishes, food is well seasoned, great flavour and cooked fresh. The service is friendly and attentive. Given what has happened to restaurant prices over the past two years we found the potlrtions and quality to be worth the price paid. Not a discount lunch, though they do have a lunch menu that features smaller portions and the all you can eat salad and soup along with bread makes a hearty meal. Will definitely go back. This may become a regular stip.
