What an incredible establishment! I took a small class of teen students here for a cooking workshop. Lani and chef Michael were the most impressive kitchen/restrautant staff I have ever experienced! Not only did they prepare a very educational and helpful workshop, but they showed an abundance of patience, kindness, and food safety! In case you eat gluten free or have celiac, let me be clear that this restaurant follows EVERY possible measure to avoid cross-contamination! I could not be more impressed with the abundance of kindness and generosity everyone on staff gives out. This restaurant is so known for its community outreach, and having experienced it firsthand, I must say that they are running one hell of a great business! Please support ESM Woodstock, as they not only feed hungry bellies, but also support those in the community that need it most. Thank you, Lani and chef Michael! Orders take out, food was ready on time and delicious and adhered to gluten free standards for my gluten allergy. Isabella at take out was very friendly and accommodating and assured me of the precautions taken by kitchen staff to ensure gluten free food.
