East Side Mario's

I have not been to ESM in over 12 years. So I was very excited to place a large order to feed my staff for our Christmas party yesterday. I have been disappointed all the way around. I looked up the website to start. I was enticed to sign up for email offers. In exchange for a free order of Boomers. I got the code. It then said I would get 15% off my first order if placed on app. So I downloaded it and got that code. Sunday around noon, I went to place my order. I selected 5:50pm for pick up. Everytime I added an item to my cart it reset my pick up time. Despite me saving 5:50pm. Very frustrating. I needed to order a gluten free pasta dish. But no where on the app was that an option. So I called the restaurant and asked. They said just add the request as a side note. I needed gluten free for medical reasons. Adding the "request" as a note did not seem very accurate or user friendly. Especially when gluten free is a menu option. I went to check out and neither my free boomers or 15% off codes work. Again very frustrating. Seemed very deceiving. I showed up right at 5:50 to pick up my order. I was told they had just started my order and would be another 15 minutes. I ordered it more then 5 hours ahead of time. Did they just forget my order? Again very frustrating. Why offer time selection if you can't deliver on time. My order was brought to me at 6:12p. 22 minuets past my pick up time. Once I opened my food I was extremely disappointed. My chicken Alfredo, literally had NO CHICKEN. My cheese capileti was drawning in watery sauce that actually needed to be drained off. The cauliflower pizza was over cooked and had very dark, almost burnt edges, and had 5 orange pepper slices on it. We counted. It was a joke. My large ceaser salad came with a baggie of components. 1 tiny cheese container that was opened and spilled in the bag. 6 Loose croutons, and 1 small pack of sauce. Enough to cover less then 1/4 of the salad. So no one ate any. I asked for cutlery for 10 people. I got 4 packages. Did not get napkins or a receipt. However the homeloaf and cheese sticks were awesome. Everything else was extreamly disappointing. Worst $200 I've ever spent.

Had an awesome experience at East Side Mario’s! I was so impressed with their gluten-free pizza—delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. As someone who usually has limited options, this one totally hit the spot! What made the visit even better was our amazing server, Telisse. She was super friendly, helpful with the menu, and made sure everything was perfect. Great food and even better service—will definitely be back!

I have not been here in a really long. Our waiter was so cheerful and very friendly. I would come back and request for Logan.. thank you .. food was awesome gluten free double bacon carbonate was delicious
