Came for a birthday dinner and we had a great time! Joey was our server and was super friendly and accommodating with our different orders. I have celiac disease, and he clearly explained their food prep process. Also, loved the robot that came out and sang happy birthday!

As my Partner is legit celiac disease, I had trepidation with going to a pasta centric restaurant. ESM guarantees their gluten-free pasta to be 100% gluten-free, and still very tasty. Derek, our server, was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable regarding the preparation of the gluten-free pasta. They refilled my bread and salad twice.as per my request, without delay, and my drink without me having to request one. My Partner had the double bacon carbonera, with extra parmesan as per Derek's recommendation, and I had the lasagna. We both enjoyed our meals and found the service quick, and the food piping hot when arriving to the table. Will be coming back soon.
