East Side Mario's

We waited forever for our food. It was a busy night, but if you cannot serve a full house, do not fill all your tables. There were definitely some mishaps once we were served. One person at our table ordered a beer, and there were 2 bugs in it. One person at our table ordered gluten-free pasta, and she got her food after most of the people at our table had already finished eating. It was overcooked to the point that it was flavorless starchy mush. When we said something, they told us that it was like that because it was rice pasta. I've cooked way with rice pasta many times and it has never come out that terribly. In fairness, the manager did offer to cook me something else, but at that point, we had been there way too long, and it just wasn't pleasant. They also did remove some items from our bill, which was nice. We will,however, not be returning.

Fantastic service and care from the wait staff! Gluten allergies are treated with care, and there are a lot of gluten-free options/substitutions. Atomsphere is a little chaotic, but that is only because it is so family and child friendly! It may not be suitable for those with auditory sensitivites.
