I was very disappointed. Many gluten-free options marked on menu to find out they are not truly gluten-free. I ordered nigari and twice came out with non gluten-free sauces. Then they upcharged for gluten-free free. How is that you remove stuff and then upcharge... worst part is I was sick before I made it back to the hotel. What a bad way to start vacation.

Every time I’ve eaten here has been an incredible treat! I really appreciate how clearly the gluten free items are marked on the menu and how wonderful each item has tasted. From the GF Philly roll to the GF Tempura and even the GF Orange chicken, each item has been perfectly crafted with outstanding flavors! The service is impeccable and my experience’s excellent overall . I can’t wait to eat here each time we visit Durango, CO.
