Bad experience. My partner and I went, motivated by the good reviews and because the restaurant promotes itself as suitable for people with multiple allergies. It's true that the menu is extensive and specifies allergens, but they don't guarantee gluten-free dishes, and there's a risk of cross-contamination. After waiting over an hour, we were served a dish that contained gluten, despite the menu stating otherwise. We sent it back, and the next dish we ordered took at least 15 minutes longer to arrive. Meanwhile, we watched as the table next to us was served everything in just 10 minutes. Furthermore, the fish we were served wasn't fresh; it had a strong, unpleasant flavor. In short, poor service and a disappointing experience, especially considering the sensitivity involved in dealing with food allergies. ——— Bad experience.
